ServiceNow Integration

In order to configure the integration in Flare, you simply need the URL or your ServiceNow instance, the username and password you want to use to connect to ServiceNow, as well as the ServiceNow table you want to post data too, table "incident" is used in the example below. We have outlined below the process to get all these in ServiceNow!

Click on Create a new Alert Channel

Select option ServiceNow

Click on See details

Click on Save
